Questions customers ask before booking

How long does international shipping typically take?

Transit depends on the route and operational acceptance. Air Express typically targets 2-5 business days after export acceptance, Air Economy 5-10 business days, and Ocean Freight follows the confirmed sailing schedule.

Do you help with customs clearance?

We collect the information needed for the commercial invoice and flag common gaps. If the route needs a broker, permit or additional document, we tell you before accepting the shipment.

Are my shipments insured?

Protection is not automatically included. If cover is available and requested, its terms and charge must appear in the approved quote or invoice before you rely on it.

Can I track my shipment in real-time?

The tracking page shows recorded milestones from collection through delivery. Update frequency depends on the carrier and route; it is not a live vehicle map.

What types of goods can you ship?

We support commercial and personal goods subject to operational review, partner coverage and legal restrictions. If a destination or item needs special handling, operations will confirm before accepting the shipment.
